As a travel agency specialized in this niche, we are aware of this and therefore want to offer the highest possible flexibility to our clients. In order to secure a booking with us, a deposit payment will be due upon reservation. Depending on the respective service conditions, further payments are due before arrival. In principle, every booking can be adjusted until shortly before your trip. If changes in your booking need to be made, our team will get back to you within 48 hours with all the information necessary.

Flight booking service

You will love our well-trained in-house flight experts. As an official IATA member, we have access to the flights of all major airlines and will find the perfect route for your group. Even reservations for the biggest groups will no longer be difficult or stressful.

Rental cars

We work together with trustworthy rental car companies such as Europcar, Avis, Sixt, or Hertz. Our rental car fares always already include all taxes, airport fees, and the important insurances. We'll send your rental car voucher directly to your inbox before you fly to your destination.

En-Event assistance

Our team will be at the event and reachable 24/7 in order to assist you with any upcoming changes, struggles or to answer your questions. We will be reachable on our hotline as well as in our office at Circuit Paul Ricard.

Shuttles and Transfers

In some cases, you may not want your team or guests to drive on their own. Therefore, we offer to arrange shuttles and transfers. And we've even got those chauffeur-driven limousines for your VIP guests settled as well.
